As COVID-19 has shown, our seniors and their families have unique needs and vulnerabilities that require multi-faceted solutions. Perley Health works to forge these solutions by bringing together health practitioners and researchers to better understand how we can prevent and manage frailty to improve the health outcomes.
On Tuesday, June 15 Perley Health is hosting a FREE virtual event to mark the formal launch of its Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care.
